Why this, and why now

Everybody’s using AI to make flyers.

Almost nobody has it doing the work that actually brings money in the door. That gap is the whole opportunity, and it is closing.

Two true numbers

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce found that 58% of small businesses use generative AI — up from 40% the year before. The Census Bureau, counting businesses that have AI running inside an actual business function, found about 1 in 5.

Both numbers are right. They are measuring different things, and the space between them is where your competition isn’t.

Nearly everybody is playing with it. Almost nobody has it running anything. If your intake, your quoting, and your follow-up ran without you touching them, you would not be in a crowded field. You would be in an empty one.

What “in your operations” actually means

Not a chatbot on your website. Not better captions. Five specific places where your week leaks:

If you’ve got employees and you’re still the one answering the phone, this is for you.

What that looks like in a real shop

Contractors

A quote builder that writes the whole thing before you get back to the truck.

Salons

No-show recovery — deposit, confirm, rebook, before they leave the chair.

Dental & medical

New patient intake that arrives complete instead of half-filled at the front desk.

Real estate teams

A lead follow-up engine that works the list on the days you can’t.

Food service & events

An event pricing calculator that stops you guessing low to win the job.

Consultants

A proposal generator, so the proposal goes out the same day the call ends.

Three minutes

My partner and I have been building Find Dental Providers since 2019. A $50,000 business loan. Years out of pocket. Door-to-door into dental offices was the entire strategy, and COVID hit the month we launched. Three thousand dollars in jingle commercials that never aired. Thousands more to contractors who took the money and left.

One night at nine o’clock I sat down and described what we wanted. Three minutes later I had it.

“Everything we’ve been trying to do for the last seven years, you just did in three freaking minutes.”

Three nights of nine to midnight rebuilt the whole thing. The site I couldn’t finish in seven years, I built in three minutes — and it earns now.

I’m not a coach telling you to pivot. I got hit twice and I carried the loans.

This is me, and this is the argument

I shot a whole campaign on a unicorn float, because the unicorn is the joke. It’s the fantasy that your business runs itself while you lie back — and it’s the reason so many owners are floating instead of swimming.
